Career paths are rarely linear, and mine has been no exception. Started in accounting, jumped into the world of startups wearing hats across BDR, Data, and BizOps, and eventually landed at Amazon through an acquisition. Now, I’ve found my way into recruiting as the next part of the journey. The common thread? Solving problems, scaling processes, and helping teams grow.

Having worked closely with tech teams for years, there’s one thing that’s clear—hiring great engineers isn’t just about ticking boxes. It should be about deeply understanding team dynamics, long-term goals, and what actually makes someone a great fit.

Outside of work? You’ll find me at the gym pretending I enjoy cardio, playing ball hockey like it’s Game 7, or perfecting my pourover technique. Most importantly, trying to keep up with my two-year-old daughter, who’s got way more energy than I do.
