Similarly, in Talent Acquisition, I focus on building meaningful relationships to truly understand what job seekers value—whether it’s culture fit, career progression, compensation, or job title. Finding the right role is essential for personal and professional fulfillment, and I’m passionate about helping individuals achieve that balance.

Outside of my work as a Technical Recruiter, I stay active with strength training, enjoy quality time with my two Great Danes, and love unwinding with a good book.
